Erik Sellfors is the Broker/Owner of Cambridge Homes. Since 1987, he has represented home sellers and buyers throughout Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Humble and dedicated to providing the highest customer service, his firm uses the latest technology and marketing to bring its clients the highest value. Typically, his client’s homes sell for a higher value and shorter time.
In 1987, while Erik was in college, he joined Merrill Lynch Realty. That led to selling commercial and apartment buildings for Marcus and Millichap. Erik joined RE/MAX in 2002 and became one of their top-producing agents. In 2008, he was the #1 agent in Simi Valley, the 5th largest producer in the county, and 11th worldwide. In 2009, he received the honorable “Lifetime Achievement” award and was inducted into their Hall of Fame. Erik owned the franchise from 2008 to 2023.
In early 2023, Erik opened Cambridge Homes, a team of seasoned professionals who continue to put the firm’s clients above all else. This breeds a culture of responsibility, passion, and humility at the forefront of every decision.
